RONALD LASKO J.D. Ron Lasko draws on his experience in bonding, and his tax work with Deloitte Touche, and 25 years as a business attorney in the representation of a wide array of closely-held companies, to lead the AMERGE consulting group.Ron holds a B.A from Ohio State and a J.D. from Marshall University. Ron has been involved in all aspects of the merger and acquisition business, as managing partner of a successful law practice, and in investment banking as the President of AMERGE Corp. Professional Affiliations: Association for Corporate Growth, Merger Network Affiliate, International Business Brokers Association, American Bar Association, Surety Association, Construction Financial Managers Association. TED GARDINER J.D. Ted Gardiner has over 25 years experience in the merger and acquisition business. Ted holds a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Ohio State University. Mr. Gardiner managed the M&A program at The Lubrizol Corporation, and is a former attorney with Jones Day and with the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to joining AMERGE, he was a partner with CDI International, an M&A consulting firm focusing on cross-border transactions.Ted's experience covers a wide range of industries including transactions in chemicals, biotechnology, fluid control, coatings and personal care. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth, the Cleveland Bar Association and the Florida Bar Association. |
